True atomic resolution on mica (001) in liquids with Frequency Modulation and Lanza AFM

True Atomic Resolution. Render 3D

FM-AFM topography images of true atomic resolution of a mica surface inmersed in liquid. The images have been obtained with Dulcinea Controller and a new Nanotec Lanza Head.

The images shown have not been smoothed in any way.
