Nanotec Electronica Cervantes AFM system is designed to be compatible with any cantilever in the market, but sometimes it is convenient to order a set of cantilevers together with your SPM system. Nanotec Electronica has an agreement for Spanish distribution of cantilevers from the company NanoAndMore, and can include a custom set with your Cervantes anywhere in the world.
