The series of 3-channel piezo aplifiers NV 40/3 and NV 40/3 CLE was designed for controlling of three-axis piezo positioning systems.

The amplifier NV 40/3 CLE is equipped with a sensor servo module for controlling actuators with integrated positioning feed back sensor. These actuators a marked by the letter "SG" or "CAP" in the description.
