SPM Scanners
Nanotec piezoelectric scanners incorporate a concentric tubular design to minimize thermal drift. The easy exchange of a long and a short scanner allows you the possibility of selecting the one that you prefer for each experiment.
Long Scanner ( 70 µm X 70 µm X 12 µm (typical)): The long scanner is designed for large scans over rough samples.
Short Scanner ( 10 µm X 10 µm X 2 µm (typical)): The short scanner is designed for the highest resolution and speed.
